Tender Details

The subject of the tender is the operation of an external service and call center for fault and damage reports that occur outside the service hours of the AG's own SLS Berlin, as well as danger and emergency call reports from properties organized in the special and trust funds of the State of Berlinen.

The contractor is responsible for accepting, recording, processing, documenting and tracking all property-related reports from contacts by telephone and email outside the described service hours of the AG's own SLS Berlin.

The object of management of the aforementioned real estate portfolioolios includes over 4, 000 business units with different uses, e.g. courts, tax offices, high school centers, theaters, correctional facilities, police, fire brigade and refugee accommodation.

•Monday to Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

•on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 00:00 - 24:00
