The DBFZ area is located in the Paunsdorf district of Leipzig. type of Performance: ·Installations of technical gases in the building and in the outdoor facilities Scope of the service: · Approx. 1, 650 m of pipeline made of stainless steel welded AD 10 to AD 60.3 for technical gases in the building, operating pressures from 0.5 bar to 200 bar · approx. 1, 030 m PE-Xa pipeline AD 32 to AD 63 for biogas in outdoor systems, operating pressures from 0.5 bar to 2.0 bar · approx. 215 m pipeline PE100 SDR11 AD 35 for compressed air in the outdoor systems, operating pressure 10 bar · approx. 510 m stainless steel welded pipeline AD 12 to AD 18 for technical gases in outdoor systems, operating pressures from 10 bar to 200 bar · Approximately 1, 100 pieces of testing weld seams in the building, pipe height 3.5 m to 11.5 m above the base of the scaffolding required for this · 1 piece Gas safety management system for controlling and monitoring the gas cylinder change and emergency supply from the high-pressure gas network (cylinder bundles) to the medium-pressure gas network including cabling of the sensors and actuators as well as programming work · Creation of a safety control matrix taking into account the control matrix of the existing buildings · approx. 670 kg of profile steel structures · 32 wo aerial work platform, self-propelled · 16 weeks of scaffolding, mobile.
