TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES, CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION WORK OF A GRAVITY DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF KASENYI, TCHOMIA HEALTH ZONE, PROVINCE OF ITURI. In this humanitarian and recovery context; UNICEF, in support of the Government of the DRC and provincial authorities, supports the establishment of resilient and sustainable drinking water infrastructure, aimed at improving access to water for displaced populations and host communities, to reduce the risks of water-borne diseases, and to strengthen the resilience of essential services in areas affected by crises, in Kasenyi, Tchomia Health Zone, Irumu Territory, Ituri Province. It is in this context that UNICEF seeks to select a specialized design and control office responsible for carrying out technical feasibility studies and supervising the work of the project for the construction of a drinking water supply network (AEP) in the city of Kasenyi, Health Zone of Tchomia (Province of Ituri, DRC), including a reinforced concrete storage tank, decantation and load-break structures, twenty (20) public drinking fountains, as well as HDPE and galvanized distribution pipes, in order to guarantee a drinking water supply system that is technically reliable, sustainable and complies with current standards.
