Tender Details

Technical equipment, system group 4 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-9 for retrofitting PV systems for the New Technical Town Hall at Friedenstrasse 40, 81671 Munich.

Climate neutrality was adopted in the building department as part of the resolution a feasibility study for city-owned buildingsRetrofitting of PV systems and facade greening carried out.

In collaboration with statics, electrical, outdoor facility planning and architecture, these retrofits were examined, among other things, with regard to testing criteria such as statics, copyright, fire protection, building law, etc.

1) Retrofitting of PV systems on existing green roofs

2) PV systems on technical structures

3) Innovative PV solutions such as bifacial PV modules, PV networks, solar films etc. on other components such as facades and roofs

This Building department has a net floor area of ​​approx. 80, 000 square meters and aaverage energy consumption/year of 2523 MWh.

The plan is to install classic PV modules on 3 existing green roofs. In addition, the existing technical structures on the roofs are to be equipped with PV. Furthermore, various innovative systems should be used as pilot projectsto be examined:
