The new building project Central ABOR project not only includes the creation of the building for the central laboratory, but also the previously required building clearance including possible protective measures for the radiation bunker as well as the implementation of the campus wide pipe post. The connection to the inventory using Skywalk and the production of the outdoor facilities are part of the scope of the program. The technical building equipment (TGA) is planned and executed in accordance with the requirements for modern laboratory buildings. The basis is the valid DIN regulations, VDI guidelines such as VDI 6022, VDI 2083 (clean rooms), The building energy network (AG), the laboratory safety guidelines (e.g. TRGS, BGI/GUV-I), IFSG, Biostoff Ordinance, relevant guidelines for S2/S3 laboratories and chemical laboratories as well as specific user requirements.
