INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST GABONESE REPUBLIC MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE HOUSING AND LAND Development Program Watershed Libreville. Development Project Watershed Gué-Gué. (CONSULTANT SERVICES) 1. The Government of the Gabonese Republic has obtained a loan from the French Development Agency (AFD) for the realization of the development Watershed Gué -Gué in Libreville and intends to apply part of the funds to address the technical assistance services. The project spans 51 months comprises firstly the revision phase and complement existing studies and the other in execution of works that consist in achieving channels concreted 11km, 12km lane concrete oil along the canals, 23 crossing structures (culverts), 2 areas on flood, 39 pedestrian bridges and safety equipment. 2. The purpose of this consultation is to hire a consulting firm to occasionally attend UCTE as needed she can speak during the project period. The mobilization of the consultant, for the duration of the market, will be made on order. The expected benefits are: Ø -Assist UCTE during the review and complement the studies conducted by a consulting firm. Ø -Establish a program of training and capacity building of UCTE's staff and the Directorate General of Construction and Equipment (SEB) in the following areas without this being exhaustive: ü -Hydraulic, urban roads, artwork; ü -Follow the work; ü -Project management; ü -Use software (hydraulic modeling, Geographic Information System (GIS); ü-design and database management rainwater drainage, management and project management / program); Ø -Press the establishment and implementation of maintenance plans drainage channels. Ø -Assist UCTE on all issues concerning the life of a project (studies and works), both technical, financial or administrative in. Ø Organize and accompany a mission of technical exchange in France for the agents of the Gabonese administration. 3. The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Territorial Development through the Coordination Unit of the Study and Works (UCTE) invites consulting firms, national and international, interested in express their interest to achieve these benefits. 4.
