Technical assistance for the renewable energy production program in Kpalimé Technical assistance for the Global Gateway action Production of renewable energy in Kpalimé - This involves recruiting quality, cutting-edge expertise to support the operationalization of the Global Gateway Renewable Energy action in Kpalimé which contributes to the energy transition and the socio-economic development of Togo by strengthening national production and storage capacities electricity. The specific objectives of the action are: OS1 - Increased, improved and inclusive supply and access of the Togolese population and productive sector to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy; OS2 - Productive, inclusive use, and increased revenue generator from renewable energy in the Kpalimé area; OS3 - Improved energy sector governance and skills. This contract will concern in particular the results of OS3, and in particular the strengthening of governance of the sector and the improvement of strategic and technical knowledge for new investments for the energy sector in Togo. Expertise will also play a key role in the overall coordination of action and monitoring of work. infrastructure planned as part of this same action.
