Description: The market is part of the implementation of the JIL-SIYAHA program of EUR 10, 000, 000 in the EU's contribution. It has the overall objective of promoting the participation of young people in the socio-economic life of territories, across the tourism sector and its value chains. This contract focuses on providing a team of qualified experts to achieve direct effects. Technical assistance will provide support to the DNP and beneficiaries throughout the program and permanently, for the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the program including its visibility. The TA will be responsible for providing the contracting authority with the elements of content, effective and efficient monitoring and monitoring. The assistance will provide support in terms, in particular, technical and organized content.
