Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance for Multi-Year Support to Update Fixed and Mobile Interconnection Cost Models and Determination of National and International Interconnection and Bandwidth Tariffs including Infrastructure Sharing.

Restriction: Qualifications and Experience: The successful Consultant (firm) will be a law firm with proven national and international experience in defining the legal and regulatory framework for electronic communications "and for digital trust" and also having extensive experience in the field of telecommunications / ICT and Post. He will have to justify several comparable experiences, including at least: 1 in Central Africa, 1 in West Africa. The working language is spoken French. Deliverables are in French. Eligible consulting firms are invited to express their interest by applying and providing information indicating that they have the relevant qualifications and experience to perform the services described above. This information must be provided by means of the following file: Letter of application ; Possible declaration of grouping; Candidate's presentation sheet (area of expertise, brochure, booklet, key personnel for the execution of the assignment, website, etc.; Qualifications of the firm; Recent references and relevance in similar missions with mandatory mention of the following data: mission wording, country, period of execution, status of achievements) It is brought to the attention of the Consultants that the provisions of paragraph 1.9 of the " Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers in the context of IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Gifts " Version of January 2011 revised in 2014''apply, and in particular the provisions of clause 1.13 (d) of said Directives. Providers will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Consultant Selection and Employment Guidelines by the World Bank Borrowers under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Donations dated January 2011-Revised Version July 2014 (method S election F downpour on Q ualification Consultants (QC). To strengthen their respective skills and increase their chances of being shortlisted, candidates can join as a group.
