7. Financing:
The services covered by this invitation to tender will be financed by the BIP MINEPAT, Fiscal Year 2019, Chapter 94.

11. Provisional bond:
On pain of rejection, each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender security issued by the banking institutions and financial institutions authorized to issue securities in the framework of public contracts and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO. an amount of one million five hundred thousand (1, 500, 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.

The respective weights attributed to the technical and financial proposals are:
Weight of the technical offer (T) = 75%
Weight of the financial offer (F) = 25%
The overall rating (Ng) of an offer is obtained by weighting the technical score (Nt) by the weight of the technical offer (T) and the financial score (Nf) by the weight of the financial offer (F) according to the following formula:
Ng = (Nt x T + Nf x F)
The bid with the highest overall rating (Ng) is ranked "best". The other offers will be ranked in descending order of the overall scores.
The contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose bid has been evaluated best.
