Description of the contract
The contract consists in recruiting technical assistance for the implementation of the Support Program for Regional Integration and Investment in Central Africa (PAIRIAC). This program has three components, namely (1) support for regional integration, (2) transhumance and pastoral mobility and (3) investment and financing. Technical assistance will specifically concern component 1 and part of component 3. Component 1 is devoted to the rationalization of the two regional economic communities (RECs) (ECCAS and CEMAC), to capacity building of the dedicated structures of these RECs, governance of cross-border corridors, and support for the implementation of the Regional Economic Partnership Agreement. Component 3 is intended to support the sub-region in exploiting the potential offered by the Investment Plan. Outside the EU
