Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance to Finalize the Development of a Gender and Social Inclusion Action Plan (PAGIS).

1. The United States of America, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of Côte d'Ivoire (the "Government") has signed a Millennium Challenge Account Support Compact for an approximate amount of five hundred and twenty-four million seven hundred and forty thousand US dollars ($ 524, 740, 000) ("MCC Funding") to promote poverty reduction and economic growth in Côte d'Ivoire, (the "Compact" ). The Government, acting through the National Coordination of the Compact Program Côte d'Ivoire-MCC (MCA-Côte d'Ivoire / CNPC), intends to use part of the MCC Funding for eligible payments under the contract for which this Qualification Request is launched. 2. The objective of the Compact-CI Program is the promotion of economic growth and the reduction of extreme poverty in Côte d'Ivoire through the strengthening of investments in human capital and the improvement of the competitiveness of the economy. city ??of Abidjan.

The purpose of the services of this Request for Qualifications is mainly to support the NCPC Gender and Social Inclusion Expert (GIS), then the Director GIS of MCA-Côte d'Ivoire in the development of PAGIS- Côte d'Ivoire by carrying out: (i) the review and synthesis of the existing PAGIS-Côte d'Ivoire draft, (ii) an assessment of the information gap and the finalization of the action plan for the implementation of the GIS activities in the Compact-Côte d'Ivoire, (iii) the drafting of the missing headings (environmental performance, monitoring-evaluation, partnerships, communication, budget and process for reviewing and updating the PAGIS).

7. This Qualification Request is open to qualified national or international individual consultants ("Consultants") wishing to participate in the Gender and Social Inclusion (GIS) activities of MCA-Côte d'Ivoire / CNPC.

8. The consultants will be selected according to the method of selection of individual consultants.
