Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance to Finalize the Development of a Gender and Social Inclusion Action Plan (PAGIS).

1. The United States of America, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of Côte d'Ivoire (the "Government") has signed a Millennium Challenge Account Support Compact for an approximate amount of five hundred and twenty-four million seven hundred and forty thousand US dollars ($ 524, 740, 000) ("MCC Funding") to promote poverty reduction and economic growth in Côte d'Ivoire, (the "Compact" ). The Government, acting through the National Coordination of the Compact Program Côte d'Ivoire-MCC (MCA-Côte d'Ivoire / CNPC), intends to use part of the MCC Funding for eligible payments under the contract for which this Qualification Request is launched. 7. This Qualification Request is open to qualified national or international individual consultants ("Consultants") wishing to participate in the Gender and Social Inclusion (GIS) activities of MCA-Côte d'Ivoire / CNPC.
