This market aims to recruit a firm/design office for:

-Putuy the technical education development agency (ADET) to ensure project management and project conducting in particular the conformity of technical studies and rehabilitation work of six(06) Technical and professional high schools (LTP) with quality standards and market, environmental and social markets of the European Development Bank (BEI). It is a question of helping Adet to (i) finalize the projects of environmental and social impact studies (EIES)in accordance with the BEI standards and (ii) set up complaint settlement mechanisms for people affected by the project (PAP) and;

-Put Adet in the management and coordination of stakeholders in the EFTP and in the monitoring of the sector's performance. This is aPart, to support Adet to list by center of interest all stakeholders participating in the various technical committees, to set up consultation mechanisms on transversal concerns to these parts linked to access and quality of the EFTP and to help itThe animation of consultation mechanisms. On the other hand, to help to set up and animate an information system on the implementation of the program.
