Tenders are invited for Technical Assistance to Edm and Arene for the Development of Renewable Energy Projects
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
- The contracts size 800.000 euros;
- The nature of the Services performed in Renewable Energy projects such as, technical assistance to develoment of auction program, feasibility studies, detailed technical studies, work supervision or audit ;
- The technical area and expertise (technical, legal and financial);
- Expertise in structuring IPP projects;
- The development of Environmental and Social studies (Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental and Social Management Plan, Land Acquisition and Ressetlement Action Plan);
- The location in the region and qualification in the Client-s language;
- Skills and availability of in-house technical back-up experts provided to the on-site experts
