This technical assistance contract is launched as part of the Forest Value Chain Support Program for a Green Transition in Gabon (ACT-61979) for a period of 48 months. It concerns the coordination and support of Union initiatives European Union in Gabon in the Green Transition sector, and more particularly in the forest/wood environment sector. Activities include in particular support for the management of the EU/Gabon Forest Partnership and support for the development of forest/wood value chains including support for processes relating to the improvement of the economic, legal and technical framework, as well as access to innovative financing and investments. The activities could cover the carrying out specific studies, capacity building, organizing events, and collaborating with other EU initiatives.
