Tender Details

Algeria has a large network of establishments intended for young people, including youth centers, youth hostels, multipurpose halls, local sports complexes and youth camps. Administered at the territorial level by the Wilaya Youth Establishment Offices, these local public spaces are intended to welcome, inform, animate and support adolescents and young people, while promoting their socialization, participation, autonomy and their civic engagement. As part of the partnership between the Ministry of Youth and UNICEF, a call for consultation is launched with the Innovative Youth Establishments initiative thus aiming to experiment with a pilot model in four regions of the country: Center, Hauts-Plateaux, West and South. The details of the mission are detailed in the TOR in the appendix.
