Tax advisory services
The following tax advisory services in particular are predominantly required:
- Preparation of reports and statements on sales, income, energy and electricity tax issues;
- Consulting services in connection with the determination of the property value of real estate as well as property tax and real estate transfer tax issues;
- Tax advisory services in connection with changes to tax laws;
- Tax advisory services related to the establishment and maintenance of an appropriate and effective tax compliance management system
- Tax advisory services in connection with the implementation of the GoBD (principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form as well as for data access);
- Tax assessment of agreements, especially service contracts, agency and cooperation agreements;
- VAT advice on cross-border service relationships;
- Support services within the framework of tax audits;
- Supervision of out-of-court and judicial appeal procedures;
- Application for binding information, oral or written negotiations with the tax office or main customs office;
- Consulting services in connection with restructuring and/or the establishment of subsidiaries.
