Taking over planning services from LP 6 Otto Franke Stadium The subject of the contract is the architectural and engineering services listed below for the aforementioned project. This concerns the adoption and revision of the existing planning as well Continuation of the planning services from service phase 6 in accordance with HOAI for the project of renovating and expanding the sports function building on the site of the Otto Franke Stadium in Wildau by approx. 460 m² of usable space to realize the spatial program of the User. The award procedure includes the awarding of the general planning and monitoring services from LP 6 with the service profiles - buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI § 34 (property planning) - outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI §§ 39 - structural planning in accordance with HOAI § 51 - Technical equipment in accordance with HOAI § 55 - Fire protection planning in accordance with the fire protection service profile AHO publication series No. 17, December 2022 - Specialist planning and consulting services - Thermal protection and energy balancing in accordance with Appendix 1 No. 1.2, Section 1.2.3 to the HOAI - Building acoustics and room acoustics in accordance with Appendix 1 No. 1.2, Sections 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 HOAI for the renovation and expansion of the sports function building on the site of the Otto Franke Stadium in Wildau by approx. 460 m² of usable space to realize the users' spatial program.
