Tenders are invited for Taking Air Views and Photogrammetric Restitution of Grand Lome.

1. This international call for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice AGPM No. 011/2016 / OTR / CG / PAGFI / RPM of 06 June 2016, published on 08 June 2016 in the daily newspaper national Togo-Presse, June 10, 2016 in UNDB Online and on the website of the African Development Bank Group.

2. The Government of the Togolese Republic obtained from the African Fund of

Development (ADF) under the Transition Support Facility (TAF), a multi-currency grant and loan to finance the Governance Support Project

Taxation (PAGFI). It is expected that a portion of the proceeds of the donation will be allocated to the eligible regulations forming part of the contract for aerial photography and photogrammetric restitution of Greater Lomé.

3. The Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) through the Implementation Unit of the Support Project

to Tax Governance hereby invites eligible interested bidders

to offer their offers under closed envelopes for aerial photography and restitution

photogrammetric of Greater Lome. The set of services to be realized consists of a single batch composed of:

Single lot :

a) aerial photography for an area of ??35000 Ha by RGB digital camera (embedded in a plane) in color at a resolution of 6 cm;

b) Stereo-preparation, photogrammetric restitution, establishment of orthophotos-plans at 1/2000 th of Grand Lomé and generalization at 5000 th .

Only variations on the turnaround time are allowed. The place is Grand Lomé. The contract period is twenty-four (24) weeks maximum.

4. Eligible interested bidders may obtain additional information and consult the tender dossier free of charge from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00 at the following address :

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the address above against payment of a non refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand (100, 000) francs CFA for the entire Tender File.

6. The provisions in the instructions to tenderers and in the general conditions of the contract are the provisions of the tender documents of the African Bank of

Development, procurement of goods and works, September 2010 edition and updated in December 2017.

7. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than 05 September 2019

at 10:00 AM Universal Time (UT) and must be accompanied by a bank guarantee of: Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand (16, 500, 000) FCFA.
