Technical Assistance to the Department in Charge of Food; Animal and Plant Health Protection of Togo to Support Development of National Sps Policy; Under the Trade Facilitation West Africa (Tfwa); A Program Jointly Funded by Usaid; Eu; Germany and the Netherlands. Based on the State of Play and the Mapping of the Actors Involved in the Process; The Consultant Tasks will Include:(I) Establish a Diagnosis to Assess the Sps Legislative and Regulatory Environment in Togo in Order to Anticipate the Compliance of the Legal and Regulatory Framework with International Standards and Best Practices;(Ii) Support the Country in Bringing into Conformity Certain Basic Texts Currently being Validated by the Appropriate Bodies;(Iii) Prepare a Strategic Development Plan for the Itra Laboratory in Lomé.
