TÜ in the rose garden Monheimer Wohnen GmbH is planning to build apartment buildings including underground car parks and outdoor facilities in the center of the city of Monheim am Rhein. It is intended to use privately financed property (plots 192, 193, 197). To build multi-storey apartment buildings including underground car parks, which fit into the surrounding development, and to create the associated open spaces. The basis for the planning is the development plan no. 104 M "east of Vereinsstrasse", which is a residential building intended use of the property. In the WA 1 and WA 5 areas, privately financed residential units must be planned taking into account the following boundary conditions: - approx. 40 privately financed residential units - assisted living - 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments - Underground car park - construction of the access road provided for in the B plan including turning hammer.
