SYNOPSIS:

The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand name MTS Structural Beam Testing System for the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering.

This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 million dollars. This procurement will be competed on a full and open basis. The source selection process is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 22 March 2026. Quotes will be due on/or about 28 March 2026.
