The subject of the contract is the development and validation of algorithms for detecting syncope and distinguishing it from epileptic seizures based on multimodal vital data, primarily ECG as well as additional biosignals such as movement sensors, electrodermal activity and oxygen saturation. For this purpose, machine learning and deep learning models must be developed that enable low-latency and continuous analysis and incorporate results directly into clinical decision-making processes can. Both publicly available and non-public clinical data sets must be included, while all data protection and ethical requirements must be adhered to.
