This tender is intended to commission a comprehensive Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution for the Swabia district (hereinafter AG) that meets the highest security requirements and reflects the current state of the art in the field of Cybersecurity complies. By combining market-leading technology and first-class services, an MDR solution is to be implemented that will provide the Swabia district with comprehensive and proactive protection against current and future cyber threats. The solution should not only include reactive protective measures, but also enable preventative monitoring, rapid incident response and continuous improvement of the security situation. The MDR solution to be commissioned should consist of two essential components: a next-generation antivirus (NGAV) or EDR solution (hereinafter referred to as EDR solution) and, based on this, a professional security operations center (SOC) with corresponding services (in Following SOC services). The solution offered is intended to ensure maximum protective effect and responsiveness through the synergistic combination of both components. The order is therefore awarded as a complete order.
