This tender is intended to ensure the comprehensive provision and operation (hosting and maintenance) of a uniform digital consultation platform for all social psychiatric services (hereinafter SpDi) in Bavaria, regardless of their size and Sponsorship can be obtained. With the consulting platform to be offered, all users in Bavaria must have access to SpDi's consulting services, regardless of where they live. The contractual consulting platform forms a further one The service component of the existing services, exclusively “digital advice centers”, should not be created. The digital consulting platform is available as a browser-based application for an unlimited number of clients (those affected and their... relatives). The licenses are to be provided in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) for currently 93 SpDi. Each SpDI receives 3 advisor accesses.
