Tender Details
In order to promote the expansion of renewable district heating supply in the east of Munich, the Stadtwerke Muenchen (SWM), as a public limited company, is planning a geothermal system at the Michaelibad location. This geothermal system includes 8 deep geothermal wells, the expected thermal output is approx. 80 MW(th). The GeoThe thermal system should also receive a large heat pump system with an output of up to 30 MW (th), with which additional district heating can be generated by further subcooling the thermal water.
The advertised scope of services includes the service as a notified body accordinglybased on the specified conformity assessment procedures in the 11th (ATEX) and 14th ProdSV (DGRL) during the planning, construction and commissioning process of the above-mentioned system to be built. The client plans to commission this service in two stages.
Level 1 includes the examination of bprevious planning results from the pre-basic engineering and basic engineering phase before tendering for the installation services and summary of the test results in a test report.
Stage 2 includes detailed engineering review and compliance verification during constructiong and commissioning.
