The building complexes MU (2), MU (3) and MU (4), residential with commercial components on the ground floor on the public Romy-Schneider-Platz, are already planned up to and including the LPH3 design planning. The building areas are in the basement connected to a shared underground car park. This is located below the structure and the open space of the new Romy-Schneider-Platz.
