Level E0 includes all external surfaces within the fence around the stadium. Level E1 includes all areas in the building area outside the fence, in particular the VIP access and VIP parking. The construction process begins on level E0 in QIV (south-west). and runs progressively across all quadrants against the Clockwise around the stadium. The service mainly includes the creation of cable trenches for cable ducts and HLS supply lines. The services are broken down into: demolition work coverings; Manufacturing the trenches; Laying empty pipes; Setting cable pull shafts; filling the trenches; Restoration of the superstructure including the pavements; topsoil cover; Production of lawn seeding or laying of rolled turf. The production and filling of the trenches has to be done in an interlocking manner, since construction site traffic from other trades takes place on the areas to be worked on.
