TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Pre - qualification and award of frame work contracts will be conducted in accordance with open National Bidding procurement procedures contained in the Local Government (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Regulations. 2006.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee.
Interested bidders for pre - qualification and frame work contracts are required to pay a non refundable fee of ugx 100, 000/= and ugx 150, 000/= for a trading license of Budaka District Local Government for the financial year 2019/2020. Payments for non refundable fees for pre - qualification. Frame work contracts and trading license shall be on the Budaka District General Fund Collection Account No.Oli 13500370318 at DFCU Bank. Mbale Branch and thereafter proceed to the district cashier who will issue you with a General Receipt
