Service provision - Exchange

Under the "supportSupport services for operations manager / system specialist - MS Exchange" are support services in the coordination and operational planning of the Exchange operations team as well as the installation, standard configuration and administration of set-up systems, in accordance with the end customer requirements, within the framework of the state and company requirements.

Tasks (excerpt)

Support of the operations management "Exchange Services Team".

Support of the central contact person in the team for the product manager.

Support in the organization and implementation of on-call services.

Support withthe creation, continuation and evaluation (review and control) of overarching documents (MS Exchange / AD) of operational processes.

Support in setting up, migrating and operating MS Exchange infrastructures ( 10, 000 mailboxes):

Maintenance work on the various cluster systems (Logfile directories, database, patchday, performance adjustments, installation of service packs, configuration adjustments).

Maintaining recipient policies, transport rules, role-based access controls, email address policies, MS Exchange address book.

Monitoring of the infrastructure.
