Support services ePA app The subject of the service is an EVB-IT framework agreement on support services for the ePA app and other TI applications from the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). The support services include various specific ones Fields of action that are required for the product cycle of ePA development: software development, technical conception, UX and UI design, testing and quality management as well as consulting and coaching services. More details and details about each Support services can be found in the service description (Appendix V2). The subject of this framework agreement (to a company as a service provider) is the following services: For the further development of the ePA app/FdV and other TI applications the contractor (AN) must provide support services. The contractor supports the TK-Safe team with his specialist knowledge in creating and implementing the requirements for TK-Safe and the services described. Details can be found in the Description of services (Appendix V2). The framework agreement is limited in time and begins with the award of the contract; it ends at the end of 48 months. Regardless of this, however, this framework agreement ends prematurely when the maximum number of 23, 600 person-days is reached.
