Expression of Interest are invited for Support Program for the Transport Sector Phase 2: Urban Structural Highways Studies in the Cities of Cameroon Lot 3: Bafoussam (30 Km) and Bamenda (40 Km).

7. The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the African Development Fund, to cover part of the cost of the Transport Sector Support Program Phase 2, and intends to use a portion of the sums granted. under this loan to finance the contract for the studies of urban priority structuring highways Lot 3: Bafoussam (30 km) and Bamenda (40 km), subject of this Call for Expressions of Interest.

8. The services provided under this operation will be carried out in four (04) phases:

Ø Phase I, relating to the identification of the structuring network and definition of the priority network;

Ø Phase II, relative to the realization of the preliminary studies (urban study, diagnostic of roads and study of traffic);

Ø Phase III, concerning the completion of a feasibility study (Study Proposed DraftSummary, Environmental Impact Studies and Social and economic and social feasibility study);

Ø Phase IV, relating to the completion of the Detailed Pre-Project (PDA) studies and the Business Consultation File (DCE).

9. The Minister of Public Works invites the Consultants to apply for the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, benchmark of similar services, experience in comparable assignments). Consultants can join a group to increase their chances of qualification.
