SUPPORT FOR THE CROP OF E-ALGERIA AND THE STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT MARKETING APPROACH IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AXIS E-GOV.
The services provided under this contract include the following activities:

 Component 1: Education

o Component 1: Development of the National Strategic Plan (NSP) DIGITAL-DZ 2020 through

analysis of the current situation, the development of a strategic vision and an action plan

integrating the complete feasibility studies (technical, economic, financial, and

environmental and social, as applicable) of the identified priority projects.

o Component 2: Strengthening the legal and regulatory arsenal governing the economy

digital in Algeria

o Component 3: Support to the establishment of a trusted digital environment including

through electronic certification and the implementation of a study warning center and

reaction to computer attacks.

 Component 2: Capacity building of the Directorate General of the Society of

Information (SID) of the Ministry of Post and Information Technology and

Communication (MPTIC) and other stakeholders in the implementation of the PNS

"DIGITAL-DZ 2020"

 Component 3: Support measures - Communication around the PNS "DIGITALDZ
