Seeding rates: Amount of a primary commodity, expressed in kilograms per hectare, used for sowing purposes.2. Extraction rates: Extraction rates refer to the amount of the processed product obtained from the processing of a unit of the parent/originating product, in most cases a primary product.3. Take-off rates: number of animals removed from herds for slaughter or export for cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, pigs, chicken, and other animals (where important).4. Live weight and carcass weight: average live and dressed weights of slaughtered animals for cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, pigs, chicken, and other animals (where important).5.
