Support contract TETRA/trunk radio station system Support contract for TETRA/bundled radio intercom station system for a maximum of 8 years The subject of the measure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for a maximum of 8 years for services for the operation of an already at The TETRA intercom station system from the manufacturer Hagedorn Informationstechnik GmbH (connected to the FBB's TETRA trunked radio system) in use by the FBB, including 3rd level support from the manufacturer as well as the demand-based retrieval of delivery information and services to ensure and support proper system operation. The services include restoring and maintaining operational readiness, providing new program statuses, hotline, on-call service and on-site services Services.
