submission of a Word or PDF file including photo evidence of the constructed Mineral Processing Facility, inclusive of an installed water system and other characteristics such as the dimensions listed in the scope of

The selected contractor is required to develop plans for, and coordinate construction of a
reinforced cement pad, which will support mineral processing equipment, at the selected site
in Boulaneh community (Boulaneh is situated in Kafe Chiefdom, Tonkolili district, and can
be reached from Magboraka town, just after Masumbiri community).). The cement pad
will measure 7.3m x 3.6m (24ft x 12ft). The pad should be (a) 1:2:3 mix of cement, sand and
aggregate respectively; (b) minimum 15cm thick; and (c) should be reinforced with steel
mesh. The pad should include six columns which will support a gable roof, which should be
framed using timber, with corrugated metal roofing firmly fixed above.
In addition, the selected contractor is required to develop plans for, and coordinate
construction of a water reservoir, including a semi-permanent pumping system, used to pump
water from the water source indicated (approximately 200 distant from the pad/reservoir
site). The reservoir should be capable of holding a minimum of 10, 000 L and should be
properly lined /built/protected, to prevent seepage, and ensure sustainability of design.
Bids must include detailed costing of all aspects for construction, and also factor the remote
nature of the work site.
