The JRC Karlsruhe is one of the 6 scientific locations of the joint research bodies of the European Commission (JRC) and the headquarters of the scientific management for nuclear surveillance and security. The JRC Karlsruhe is looking for a tested and experienced assistance (m/f) to support the company medical service on site.

The area of responsibility essentially includes support for Tasks of radiation protection medical nature that can be carried out in a scientific institution in the nuclear area such as JRC Karlsruhe, such as: B.:

• Planning, organization and monitoring of radiotoxicological analyzes and studies, e.g. urine and stool samples;

• Planning, organization and monitoring of incorporation measurements, e.g. body counter and lung counter;

• Organization and management of one and check procedures for activities in the control area;

• Entension, management and archiving of the data in company's own databases;

• Support the activities of the local Group of the Medical Service of the European Commission, e.g. first aid measures and support of the contract doctor

• Implementation of venous blood sampling

• Monitoring and filling the first aid boxes / bags
