The University IT Center (HS-EG) operates an archive platform of the universities of the Free State of Thuringia. In principle, the basis of this system is a memory network of independent repositories, which are operated in several service providers in different locations. This long -term archiving network system for Thuringia, currently consisting of 3 archive nodes, is based on the concept of the digital archive NWR (since NWR) using the data management software solutions.
In addition to the operation of a test environment, adjustments, monitoring and documentation are necessary as part of ensuring the ongoing operation of the archive platform and its performance.
The collaboration is planned for a period of 3 years starting after ordering on 01 or 15 of the following month after the subsidiary.
For these services, a contingent of up to 24 daily rates is provided annually for support services by an external contractor.
