Template VGR Tender invitation and agreement (4) (1) (1) The Västra Götaland region (VGR) invites you to submit tenders regarding Support agreements for SAMSA functionality.. The information system aims at efficient information transfer between caregivers. Through an agreement with Oracle Sveriga AB, VGR has acquired a non-exclusive right to use a system for SAMSA functionality. This UUS agreement aims to regulate the Supplier's obligation to provide Development and Maintenance as well as Support at any time used System. The assignment involves being responsible for and establishing an organization for extended support. Support cases are primarily reported via email with the possibility of feedback via telephone. The function handles all parties involved in it the joint system both VGR, municipalities and private healthcare providers with agreements with VGR or municipality in Västra Götaland. The extended support is for supporting operations in matters that cannot be resolved within the own support line, such as authorization administration, management of the system administration and other issues relating to the application. Added to this are special assignments such as first-line support for private care providers with an agreement with VGR or a municipality in Västra Götaland as well as ordered training. The assignment must be divided into several people where administration for SAMSA possibly supports with resources according to agreement.
