The Al-Asabaa Dialysis Center announces its desire, through the Purchasing Committee, to purchase operational materials for the analysis department, in accordance with the list attached to this announcement, which explains the types of operational materials to be provided for the analysis department. The companies that consider themselves competent and capable of providing these should Materials: Attend the center-s headquarters and bring the offers affixed with the company-s seal within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of this announcement. The companies must submit their offers according to the following conditions: 1. The company must be Libyan specialized in the medicines and medical supplies described in the specifications brochure. 2. The company must submit a legal file. Complete, provided that the license, commercial register, and tax and security file are complete and valid, with the tax payment certificate attached in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. 3. The offer must be submitted in the same sequence as the specifications booklet, taking into account that incomplete offers will not be considered. Required documents and conditions, noting that financial coverage is not currently available and that payment will be made when the center-s budget for Chapter Two is received
