Al-Asabaa Dialysis Center announces its desire, through the Purchasing Committee, to purchase operational materials for the analysis laboratory, in accordance with the statement attached to this announcement, which explains the types of medicines to be provided. Companies that consider themselves competent and capable of providing these materials must come to the headquarters. Center and bring offers affixed with the company-s seal within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of this announcement. Companies must submit their offers according to the following conditions: 1. The company must be Libyan specialized in this field. 2. The company must submit a comprehensive legal file, provided that the license, commercial register, and tax file are included. The guarantee is complete and valid, with the tax payment certificate attached in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. 3. The offer must be submitted in the same sequence as the specifications booklet, taking into account that offers that do not meet the required documents and conditions will not be considered.
