GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The closing date of this tender is fixed on 26/04/2021 at 5:00PM Libya Local time.

7. The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract.
8. The offer must be submitted to ACTED Libya Logistics department in a sealed envelope with the
mention: “T/14EHD/C87MRB/MRA/14EHE/C88-MRT/BEN/QIP_MEDICAL/12/04/2021 not to be
opened before 01/04/2021”or can be sent at Libya.tender@acted.org mentioning the reference:

9. Unsealed envelopes and late offers will not be considered.
10.ACTED preference is that the bank account of the company is under the name of the company, and
with a Libyan or Tunisian bank. Other bank nationality are accepted but are not preferred by ACTED.
If the bank account is not under the name of the legal representative, a Power of Attorney sign by
the legal representative is mandatory.
11. ACTED reserves the right to cancel certain items depending on available funding and donor
requirements.
