The Social Security Fund, Al-Naqaza Branch, announces its desire to supply cafe supplies, in accordance with the conditions and specifications contained in the specifications brochure attached to this announcement. Gentlemen who wish to supply the branch, who have the ability and competence, must submit their proposal to the Purchasing Committee at the Office Branch, provided that all required legal documents are valid when submitting the offer as follows: 1 Company-s articles of incorporation 2 Company meeting minutes 3 Company bylaws 4 Chamber of Commerce certificate 5 Valid license 6 Tax payment certificate 7 Guarantee payment certificate 8 Commercial registry In the event of a deficiency or non-compliance of any of the legal documents, the offer shall be deemed void. The files shall be separated into each financial and legal file and sealed with red wax. The files shall be addressed with the name and seal of the company on each file and a letter attached to the documents in the special envelope.
