Announcement of a public tender for the supply of floor coverings. Nalut University announces its desire to launch a public tender for specialized and legally registered companies to supply audio systems and their accessories for the public administration, colleges, and internal departments, in accordance with the terms and technical specifications contained in the terms and specifications booklet. This is to cover the university-s needs in accordance with the controls in force in Regulation No. 600 of 2024 regarding the organization of administrative contracts. Required documents: Companies wishing to apply must attach with their offer the following documents: A copy of the valid commercial register. A license to practice the activity. A registration certificate. At the Chamber of Commerce, proof of tax payment and security contributions, an original detailed technical proposal according to the required specifications, an independent financial proposal that includes prices and quantities, a pledge to abide by the terms of the contract and Regulation No. 600, methods for submitting the initial guarantee, a bank guarantee at the rate of 1% of the estimated value of the contract, issued.
