Tenders are invited for Supply of Wooden Electric Poles.

Energy Utility Corporation Ltd (EUCL), one of the subsidiaries of Rwanda Energy Group (REG) in charge of increasing generation, improve transmission and distribution, diversify the energy sources, to reduce costs and elaborate a conducive legal and regulatory framework;

Participation to the competition in the aforementioned Lots is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. An eligible bidder is allowed to bid in more than one lot of the lots above however will not be awarded more than one lot. 4. It is important to note that the principles of procurement i.e. value for money, fairness, transparency and efficiency, will also be considered paramount in guiding the award process of this tender. 5. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in accordance with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REG/EUCL. 6. complete set of Bidding Documents, in English, may be obtained by interested bidders from the Secretariat of the Procurement Unit at EUCL Headquarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the, P.O Box 5634 Kigali. Tel. +250 (0) 788181217, 785115642 on any working day from 28th May 2019, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm upon presentation of a bank deposit slip of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10, 000 Frw) or Fifteen American Dollars (15 USD). This payment shall be made to Account N° 5044962-01-96 (Frw) opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda or to the Account No 000040-0691030-35(USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK). 8. Prior registration through purchase of the Bidding Document is required for submitting clarification questions on the Bidding Document and receiving automatic notice of answers and of addenda to the Bidding Document. 9. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than 10:30am local time on 9 th July 2019. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
