Tenders are invited for Supply of Water to Rig 208.
We undertake that if our Tender is accepted we will provide the specified Performance Bond from a locally registered Insurance Company or Bank in accordance with Sub Clause 2.16 of the above instruction to tenderer to be jointly and severally bound with us in the sum of five percent (5%) of the Contract Price as stated in Annexure 13 for the due performance of the Contract under the terms of a Performance Bond to be approved by you.
