Tenders are invited for Supply of Visibility Materials (Posters, Banners, T-Shirts, Wait Coast/Gilets, Tear Drop Flag Posters: With 7 Logos and Specific Messages on Protection including GBV, size 0.5x1 m: qty 150
Banners: Flex Banner with 1.5mx3 m of size: qty 4
Badges: Badges ready to use with word DUHAMIC-ADRI: qty 30
Waistcoat: With 7 logos and specific in Kaki, the sample is attached: qty 20
Teardrop flag (size of 3.5m) With 7 logos, this Teardrop flag has size of 3.5m): qty 2
T-shirts Round neck with small, medium and large size with 7 logos: qty 50

All interested companies must comply with the following conditions:
1. Motivation letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI;
2. Quotations for selected lots (the proposed prices must include the transport, loading and down loading cost, taxes and others direct and indirect charge);
3. Provide company registration certificate;
4. Proof of using EBM;
5. Provide at least three certificate of good completions of similar tenders (Not required for manufacturing companies and timbers vendors);
6. Be legally operating in Rwanda;
7. Being able to supply all items of selected lots no later than 2 days after receiving the purchase orders
