Tenders are invited for Supply of Veterinary Drugs and Veterinary Equipment.
The supplies will be delivered to the Directorate of Veterinary Services (DSV) / Ministry of Livestock (ME), Nouakchott, Mauritania, for a period of 90 days after notification of the contract for batch no. 1 and 30 days after notification of the contract for batch no. 2 (Incoterm: CIPNouakchott).
Offers must be accompanied by guarantees, as follows:
For Lot No. 1: an offer guarantee valid for 120 days and in the amount of: 70, 000 Ouguiyas (MRU) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.

(I) Financial Capacity:
The Bidder must Provide Written Proof that it Meets the following Requirements:
Provide Certified Financial Statements for the Last 3 Years (2019, 2020 and 2021) by a Certified Public Accountant.
have Achieved an Average Annual Turnover of at Least 7, 500, 000 Mru during the Last Three Years, this Turnover must be Certified by an Approved Expert on the Basis of Certified Financial Statements a Chartered Accountant.
Provide a Certificate of Financial Capacity for this Lot and Free of Any Other Commitment of an Amount Equal to at Least 1, 300, 000 Mru.
