Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Vegetable Seeds.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Bank's Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.

7. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 14:30 pm local time on 29 October 2019 and must be accompanied by a security of USD1000.00 for lot.l vegetable seeds and USD 1, 700.00 for lot.2 field-work materials, deep freezer and lab equipment. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the deadline for bid submission prescribed above.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 15:00pm hours local time on 29 October 2019, at the offices of Ministry of Agriculture of the State of Eritrea, Procurement and Supplies Management Unit, Sawa Street, P.O. Box 1048, Tel. 002911189266/ 002911180699.

9. The Ministry of Agriculture reserves the right to accept or reject this bid fully or in part if it finds any option better than this 1FB without needing to justify the grounds for it doing so and compensation which the bidder may incurre in preparing its bid.
