Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply for the Various NFI/Shelter Core Pipeline Materials(Plastic Sheets, Single Fleece Blankets, Kitchen Sets, Mosquito Nets, Solar Lamp, NFI Bags, & Kanga).

Title Supply of Goods:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to Supply for the Various NFI/SHELTER Core Pipeline materials listed below – for the purpose of establishing non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for Shelter & Non-Food Items for a period of one (1) year with possibility of an extension of one (1) or two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance forwhich this Request for Proposals(RFP) is issued. IOM now invites Suppliers to provide Technical Specifications and Financial Proposals for the following Supplies:

Non-Food Items / Shelter Materials. A complete set of Request for Proposal/Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at IOM Juba Office or you may request it through Contact Person Maduok Peter email addresses at mbaska@iom.int, iomssprocurement@iom.int and issjp@iom.int.

The Supplier will be selected under a Quality–Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. The RFP
includesthe following documents:
Section I. Instructionsto Suppliers
Section II. Schedule of Requirements
Section III. Technical Specifications
Section IV. Contractfor Supply and Delivery
Section V. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals must be delivered by hand in sealed envelope to IOM with office address at Juba, New Industrial Area Northern Bari, and Juba- South Sudan on before 30 November 2018. No late proposal shall be accepted. For this purpose, a pre-proposal clarification needed for the requirement will be before on 30 October 2018 iomssprocurement@iom.int at IOM Office Juba South Sudan.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Suppliers.
